Seixed Launch: Sri Lanka’s First Locally Made Deodorant Bodyspray with a Community-First Approach
I’m beyond excited for the Seixed launch. Sri Lanka’s first-ever locally manufactured deodorant bodyspray. We crossed 1,000+ survey responses, and every single one of them will receive the first batch of SEIXED Tabs. This isn’t just sampling, it’s a POC in real time.
Most brands rush to amplify a launch, throwing heavy ad spend, influencers, and distribution muscle behind a product that hasn’t even been pressure tested with real customers. I’ve taken a different route. Instead of chasing attention, I’m focusing on earning validation. When customers are delighted before they’ve even spent a rupee, that’s when you know you’re building the foundation for real PMF.
This approach is also about GTM velocity. In today’s cluttered market, speed to scale matters, but it’s not just speed of distribution. It’s speed of learning. The faster you can capture insights from your earliest adopters, the faster you can iterate, improve, and expand. By putting Seixed Tabs directly into the hands of 1,000+ early users, I’m compressing the feedback loop and collapsing months of “wait and see” into a few weeks of live consumer testing.
I believe every customer decision journey has predictable stages: awareness, consideration, trial, purchase, loyalty. But the real growth hack is to short circuit the funnel. Instead of bombarding people with ads or creators who don’t even resonate with the story, you make it impossible not to try the product organically.
That’s why Seixed isn’t launching with noise. It’s launching with proof. A community first approach where customers aren’t just buyers, they’re co-creators of the brand story.
